one of my friends and me were discussing about the payment if you work in japan..and now i wanted to ask you if it's a good payment or not so good and which experiences do you have with your job and your money you get? are you satisfied or do you want to earn more? would be very nice of you if you could tell me :)

It sounds like you think we all make the same salary. Japan isn't that socialistic.....yet.

As far as I know for beginning teachers the salary is around 200.000 to 270.000 a month. For working at a Uni, I think you can get around 400.000-500.000

Private lessons are from 1500 up to sometimes 5000 an hour.

So this is for the teachers as far as I know

To revive.

What is the changes for a foreigner of a non-english speaking country, getting a legal job and still make a decent living (small apartment, food, electrity, water etc.)
If one was to be half-fluent in japanese, and fluent in English that is.

As you mention Japan isn't that much Socialistic :) .

What kinds of jobs would be "easy" to get/available for such foreigners. Working at a store perhaps? and what kind of salary is to be expected in comparison with the amount of money you will be spending on the previously mentioned stuff?

what is the starting average pay for office ladies? and what salary range would be considered above average?

From the O-ladies i've spoken with, their average monthly salary falls between ¥170,000-190,000 depending on their company. One example I am familiar with are the full-time branch-school Managers who work for AEON (95% of which are predominantly female btw) and make less than ¥210,000 (much less than a fresh-off-the boat native speaker btw but higher than their typical OL counterparts).
