Hi there, I am trying to translate this statement and if you could tell this is correct, it would be grand. Its simple cause I'm just beginning.

No, this is not Mr.Miyajima's house. It is Mr Takeda's.

いいえ、みやじまさんうちではありません。たけださん のうちです。

It's いいえ、みやじまさんのうちではありません (a typo, maybe?).
たけださんのうちです is not incorrect but it's ok just to say たけださんのです since it's obvious. (You don't say "It is Mr Takeda's house" even in the original English, do you?
