Other scholarships

Hi there!
Ive just found out that MEXT doesnt give undergraduate scholarships my country so I've started looking for others scholarships.
I've wanted to ask , does other scholarships than MEXT(like jasso)cover expenses like the tuition and the learning of the language or I have to pay them by myself?

I really couldn't find any scholarship other than those from MEXT for UG.
I find JSPS for research degree.
