You are welcome. Just in case you need more help, you should also consider the JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization). It is a branch of the Japanese Ministry of Finance, they have a lot of offices around the world, including one in...London. Worth trying, they are helpful, they can help you for an office, give you documentation.
As stated of their Wikipedia page:
JETRO also provides information and support to foreign companies looking for successful entry and expansion in the Japanese market. JETRO provides a wide range of services, such as timely market intelligence, extensive business development support, and relevant business events, designed to encourage new business between foreign companies and Japan. Hi Kaspersky, thanks for the suggestion about contacting JETRO. In fact, I already have been in touch with their London office regarding receiving support as a startup company, but unfortunately didn't meet their criteria. They did however send me a list of contacts in Tokyo that can offer advice.
