I'm translating a flash game for my friend, but I'm stuck on one of the introduction sentences (I have most of the later stuff done).
え？ぼく？にわのおさむ３６歳。
このガーデンを仕切ってる菜園のお兄さんたよ。
まあよろしくってことで。
What the heck is he trying to say?
"What, me? I'm Osamu, 36 year-old owner of this garden"
"?????"
"Well... Guess I should say nice to meet you, or something..."

As far as I can tell, he says the garden's split between him and his brother?

I don't have the context in which this is said, but I'd understand that his name is Osamu Niwano (a name derived from play on words), age 36.
このガーデンを仕切ってる菜園のお兄さんたよ。
I'm a guy (older man from the perspective of the viewer/player) in charge of this vegetable garden.
仕切るcan be used to mean "rule or control" something or some place.

I didn't even know 仕切る had another form, so that makes sense now...
