Well, its just written style. Slightly cursive. Not quite calligraphy, but somewhere between printed (block) style and the highly cursive "grass script". The second character is the old character for treasure (寶). But it doesn't necessarily mean the item is ancient. The old style was in use up until the end of the war, and even today it is still used sometimes.
Yours isn't particularly difficult 仙寶 (Senpō). Could be an artistic name, or it could refer to some esoteric buddhist items used by hermit priests. The characters literally mean hermit + treasures.
