Oldboy

I know it isn't a Japanese film, but I have just seen Oldboy and highly recommended it to anyone. Korean film with a lovely twist in it.

it's a film i am looking forward to seeing!!! saw a trailer on another DVD and it looked amazing! didn't realise it wasn't japanese.

Yes, great film indeed! Totally fresh from start to finish. Another fine example of just how good the the South Korean film machine is working.

i must admit i have seen a few korean films recently and they are all pretty fantastic (i did find 'Champion' very dull though).
A film i highly recommend is 'Public Enemy'.
Don't get 'Pubic Enemy'...that's an entirely different film!!!

Well, I just finished off Bong Joon-Ho's excellent crime-thriller MEMORIES OF MURDER which is based on a true story and I must say it is incredible. One that I would highly recommend for sure. Some other's I would recommend would be the following;
