Offering to take a friend somewhere using 連れる (tsureru)

I will set the scene,
Say your talking with some friends about going to a place e.g a party. In English it is quite causal to say: " if you want to go, I can take you."

Would a similar expression in japanese be.

そこに行きたいと私は連れて出来ます

I have put in 私 but that probably is not needed. I have used the と conditional but that seems very strong. It feels Like I'm saying if you want to go I (only I ) can take you.

連れていく is used for "to take a person to a location".

～てあげる(to give a favor of doing) is a common expression for "to do something for you".

～と conditional is often used for a custom or "generally speaking", as in 家に帰ると、テレビを見る or 雪が積もると歩きにくい. As you can see, it's more close to "when". Furthermore, you can't use strong mood such like intention, order or request in the main clause of the ～と conditional. ～なら or ～たら conditional should be used in your example.

So, the answer is?

It's a mouthful but I think from your advice.
If it's a party say,

パーチーに行きたいなら,連れて行ってあげる

Good. パーティーに行きたいなら、連れて行ってあげる is perfectly fine in grammar.
However, this expression is not so often used in actual conversation especially to not-so-close friends, since it could sound condescending. I would use another expression, for instance, パーティーがあるんだけど、よかったら一緒に行かない？ "We have a party, so how about going there with me if you like?" instead.
