Congrats on your first kanjis. I don't know much about verbs but I can give you a list of the first 25 kanjis I learned. All JLPT 4.

一: いち : one
二: に : two
三: さん : three
四: よん/し : four
五: ご : five
六: ろく : six
七: なな/しち : seven
八: はち : height
九: きゅう : nine
十: じゅう : ten
百: ひゃく : hundred
千: せん : thousand
万: まん : ten thousand
北: きた : north
南: みなみ : south
東: ひがし : east
西: にし : west
日: ひ : day/sun
月: つき : month/moon
年: とし : year
左: ひだリ : left
右: みぎ : right
人: ひと : person
女: おんな : woman
男: おとこ : man
