Quite some time ago I saw that the General Union seemed to be attempting to either make headway with ensuring Nova enroll teachers into the Social Insurance system and contribute payments, or they were updating their advice around this.
Where are we at now we're in summer of 2025 in regard to Nova, Labor Law and their responsibilities with having to enroll teachers and contribute towards their Social Insurance and Pension etc?
Information was batted around such as "if a company only has X amount of employee's they don't need to" and "if a company has X amount of employee's they must especially upon request by the teacher" etc.
So... what's the actual state of play with Nova, Labor Law regarding a company having to enroll and contribute to your payments?
Anyone know?
