Today, Nintendo unveiled its new museum to the media, showcasing iconic video games that have captivated fans for decades. Ahead of its official opening next week, the museum offered visitors a sneak peek, including interactive experiences like playing games with giant controllers. The Nintendo Museum will open on 2 October in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture. The museum features nostalgic video game consoles like the Family Computer (known as the Nintendo Entertainment System outside of Japan) and Nintendo DS, along with classic game software packages.

Tickets, available through a random drawing, are priced at 3,300 JPY (USD 23) for adults, 2,200 JPY for children aged 12 to 17, and 1,100 JPY for children aged 6 to 11.
