Well, it wasn't clear, because my proposal was only about regional and state flags, but prefectures are neither states (Japan doesn't have any) nor regions (like Tohoku, Kanto, Kansai, Kyushu...). If we add prefectures, it would be like adding provinces, counties or French departments... Have you thought about that ? If we did the same about Europe on Eupedia, we would have thousands of flags for Europe.
