Need to find a good illustration/manga school/college

As the title states, I need to find a good illustration/manga college/vocational school. I'm going to Japan next year to study in a language school in Tokyo, however I'd like to not move apartments after finishing with the language school. So I would rather chose my language school based on the proximity to the manga college/school. My issue right now is that I can't discern between a good manga college one or a bad one. When I refer to a bad one, I mostly mean cashgrabs institutes (which seems to exists according to the google reviews my friend read) or just straight bad ones.
I had a Japanese friend checking some websites I've visited but I don't want to burn him out.

Have you tried asking this question on reddit or facebook groups? There may be some people with direct experience on those sites.
