I need help translating a kanji tattoo.

It's Chinese, i.e., not kanji but hanzi (simplified Chinese characters mostly used in mainland China or Singapore).

This appears to be simplified Chinese for "Temporary pain"

暂时疼痛

The first two letters aren't written the same as they would be in Japanese, so it couldn't be said to be a "kanji tattoo"
