Need help for midterm please

Hi I have a midterm and I was wondering if someone can help check this for me for any grammatical/stylistic mistakes.

I'll post both in kana and romaji.

Ｘavier: どうしたのか？
Bryan: 数学のテストで失敗しちゃった。
Ｘ：なぜそうしたか、わかる？
B :テレビを見ながら、勉強するから。
Ｘ：ちがう。Bryanさんは何も上手じゃない。
B :何？もしそうだったら、大学へ行かない。
Ｘ：そうだね。ぼくのお父さんの会社はかんりにんが要 る。
B : 話さない方がいい。
Ｘ：Bryanさんが おこるような気がする。

X: doo shita no ka?

B: suugaku no tesuto de shippai shichatta.

X: naze soo shita ka,wakaru?

B: terebi o minagara, benkyoo suru kara.

X: Chigau. BryanSan wa nanimo joozu ja nai.

B: Nani? Moshi soodattara, daigaku e ikanai.

X: sou da ne. boku nootoosan no kaisha wa kanrinin ga iru.

B: hanasanai hou ga ii.

X: BryanSan ga, okoru you na ki ga suru.

Is this the midterm itself or is this practice for it? I.e., would our correcting this be influencing your grade directly or not, because if so I doubt anyone is going to help you cheat.

I will say this-- what you wrote does not make a lot of sense, so if it you aren't trying to cheat and do get someone to help you, that person will probably need an English version of what you are trying to say.

This is not my midterm itself, the midterm is speaking it in front of class. We have to create our own dialogue, using certain verb grammar we have learned. We were supposed to get it checked by a tutor but my work schedule conflicts with his schedule so I have no time to see him. So i was hoping someone would help me.

english is:

x: what's wrong?
B: I made a fiasco of my math test.
X: Do you know why you did so?
B: Because I study while watching tv.
X: Wrong. It's because you are not good at anything.
B: What? If that were so I wouldn't be going to college.
X: That's true isn't it? My dad's firm needs a janitor.
B: It's best if you don't speak.
X: I get the feeling that you're angry.

Ｘavier: どうしたの？
Bryan: 数学のテストで失敗しちゃった。
Ｘ：なぜか、わかる？
B :テレビを見ながら、勉強してるから。
Ｘ：いや、Bryanは頭が悪いからだよ。
B : はぁ？ もしそうだったら、大学へなんか行かないよ。
Ｘ：そうだよな。（Needs a pause here in order for the next sentence to make sense) ぼくのお父さんの会社が掃除夫*探してるけど。
B : お前、黙ってたほうがいいと思う。
Ｘ：Bryan、もしかして怒ってる？
*or 清掃員。A Soujifu or a Seisouin not only cleans but does what a Janitor would while the word Kanrinin implies someone like a superintendent of an apartment building. Are Janitor and Superintendent interchangeable? Anyway, the joke of this line is that Xavier suggests a position that's a bit low in the respect department so I used Soujifu.

thank you @Ashikaga . I havn't learned some the verbs and particles you used but I used what did make sense to me. I was able to meet with a tutor and he was able to help me correct what I was trying to say with the simple grammar I do know.
