Help Need help finding out what are those kanji characters

Hello,

I would like to get a help with figuring out 2 kanji characters. I have tried to use handwrite on Google Translate, but Google Translate does not suggest anything that would look like those kanji.
This is the best quality I can get, since this is from PDF.



I can't even try to find them based on sentence context.

How do you read those characters? Hiragana reading are also blured, so I can't read it.

Google translate will show you the pronunciation. First, go to Google translate:

Google Translate

Select translations for JAPANESE to ENGLISH.

Cut and paste 募集 into the window on the left. It will show you:

Google translate will also translate sentences, even full paragraphs, you will probably find this helpful in the future.
