1. When i visit a japanese website, it shows kanji and hiragana I THINK? Why does it show all of them mixed up? do i need to learn hiragana and kanji?

2. Do most japanese video games view only hiragana and kiratana?

The written language uses all three (hiragana, katakana and kanji). They aren't mixed up, that's how they're used. Usually, only materials for young children are written solely in kana.

does that mean ive got to learn EVERY SINGLE kanji symbol? woah..... arent there over 2000 or something?

the more you know the more you'll be able to read. You don't need to know every single kanji to read, just as you don't need to know every word in the dictionary to read English.

Well said, i had this feeling also when i was kodomo. but now every month that goes by my japanese is increased immense, just for back to topic:

buy/rent a book about kanji or go for a JPLT (japanese private lesson training) well thats how its called here anyway ^^'

because really believe me it ain't fun to play a game you don't understand.
