ne ね ねええええてば！

I've noticed that there are lots of usage for ね、could anyone please teach me just a basic explanation for its usage? Thanks!

Basically, it's for agreement or confirmation, and sometimes also used for insistence or request/order.

I've heard this used quite so many times, but it was differently used. I mean at first I thought it was a slang expression, but when I've searched about it. There were too many ways to use it, so maybe someone could explain to me all its proper usage as I can't seem to find it in the internet. Thanks for the help, anyway!
