What's new

Nazi Party

I know one thing about these supremacy groups, they seem innocent and good natured at first, but then some crack pot decides to add his own brand of thinking to the mix.

Good natured? Are you mentally retarded? Suppremacy groups promote hate and nothing else, there exist no good natured intentions within them.

TimSan - I think he meant something else by what he said. He just worded it in an almost offensive manner. The Nazis seemed "good natured" to most Germans during the tumultous 1920s. Most conservative Germans were scared of the communist threat in Eastern Europe and the radical regime that had taken shape in Weimar Germany. So the Nazis seemed like they could erect the German Empire again. Little did the German people know what was awaiting them. Same with the Soviets and/or the Chinese Communists. The Communists seemed like they were liberating the Russians/Chinese from evil regimes - like the Republic in China or the tsarist regime in Russia. Little did they know that more people would die under these regimes than they did during the former regimes.

Desperate measures appeal to desperate people. Play up the fear, the xenophobia, say doomsday is here and by the way it's not your fault and we have the way out of here. We know who to blame. We know how to fix it. It may seem extreme now, but desperate times demand desperate measures.

Fascism appeals to people's need to feel significant, certain and connected. It meets all three of the basic sociological human needs.

This is from the Twin City Pioneer:

Nazi group spreads anti-Hmong fliers

Leaflets show slain Wisconsin hunters
BY KEVIN HARTER
Pioneer Press

Fliers showing photos of the six Wisconsin deer hunters slain in November and asking "Are You Next?" were distributed in a Minneapolis neighborhood Sunday and Monday, according to police.

A Twin Cities-based Nazi group called the National Socialist Movement was listed as responsible for distributing the letter-sized fliers, several hundred of which were left on car windshields and mailboxes in northeast Minneapolis, said Minneapolis Police Lt. Medaria Arradondo.

Messages left at the group's office were not returned. A Web site for the National Socialist Movement describes it as an "organization dedicated to the preservation of our proud Aryan heritage, and the creation of a National Socialist Society in America and around the world."

"Is diversity worth even one American life?" the flier asks. "These six Americans were killed protecting their private property/hunting rights. テ Are you next?"

Scary people are still about...

@Timsan

What I meant when I said these supremacy groups was that to the crowds or groups there trying to control, they tailor their image to meet their needs. For example the nazi's created and twisted much of the Pre-german history to promote their organizations exsistence. I dont know how anyone can think that I meant that I support that mentality of thinking. To put it straight I am revolted by hte thoughts of what they did, what they stood for, and what has occured because of their exsistence.

P.S.
To answer your question of my mental health. I am a sound thinker, showing no signs of any mental illness. To sum it up, Im not retarded. Okay.

Martialartsnovice-
I never thought you were a nazi or retarded.

BTW I don't conside mental retardation a mental illness per se. It's a developmental rather than a functional disorder. But I'm no expert.

I think he was talking to Timsan who actually called him retarded - which was a bit uncalled for but it was just a misunderstanding.

Yeah, there are quite a few Nazi groups in the US, namely the actual Nazi political party which has won mayorships in quite a few cities.

I heard they won a major election on the Southeast coast, maybe in Miami or Orlando. I know they were trying for the major cities such NY, LA, and Chicago. I hope they never come to hold power, like in a presidential stance.

Martialartsnovice, I think they were trying for NY and Chicago but I live in LA and for all our mayoral elections we've only had Reformists, Democrats, Republicans, and sometimes Independents try to run. Once in a blue moon we've had a Green run. The rest are all Non-party.

Well, Im not to familiar with the LA area, so I was a little unsure about the Nazi regime, there, but ithought it could have been a possibility. I know they tried NY a few times in the late 90's.

Yeah, no problem. Yeah, I am sure NY, Chicago, or even Detroit have had their fair share of Nazi candidates.

Someone was asking about Eugenics and how this idea in the US became policy in the Third Reich. A review of this book can be found at the following web site:

War Against the Weak: Eugenics and America's Campaign to Create a Master Race
By Edwin Black
Four Walls, Eight Windows

Supremacist Science

It traces the beggings of Eugenics to it's "blossoming" in America to the Nazi's. The review has lots of information. (I read the review, but not the book...yet)

The almost frightening goal of the Nazis to create a "master race" was a bit disturbing...if not a lot. Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Austrian, Czech, Finnish, French, and later Italian and Russian kids were abudcted and taken to Germany where they were adopted as the Ideal Nazi children.

was all the Nazi trail part of germany culture, or it is a universal human hidden aggression that happened to take root in Germany?

The Nazi Party is essentially a German creation - however, the whole point of this topic was to show that it has taken root in other countries too, even in Japan.

I hope, that the Nazi style governments, are never allowed power, again. It could be to great a threat, for the world to handle. Especially in todays socities, and military prowess. Back then, it was deadly, but today it could mean an all out nuclear war around the globe.

There won't be a chance of that occuring. Most Nazi parties are small organizations and clubs rather than full fledged political forces. The Japanese Nazi Party looks more like a fraternity to me.

Sorry to disillusion you .... but that's how the first one started .....

Regards,

ニ淡ニ停?。ニ停?

Not neccessarily. Hitler's Nazi Party was much more than what some of them are today. And they had more of a position. Not to mention that there can't be a radical revolution in war torn countries similar to Germany of the 20s, but there is a standpoint of stablity in all countries where a Nazi Party exists.

The Nazi Party is still active in the United States. Even though its small! There are Nazis everywhere, I found some In Brasil when I went to visit. The same thing for the communist party. They have Communists all OVER the world. In every country. They are bigger than the Nazi Party but the Communist Party is still small in most countries.

I saw this big special on the History Channel about the Nazi Party in the US. At first they had a big population . They had their conferences in Madison Square Garden. But now, The party is small.

Well, I hope for the people in the countries, with Nazi/communist parties at work. That they have means of safeguarding their governments, from the factions.

the swastika of the nazi regime has its roots in the celtic symbol of fertility (the nazis took many symbols of the celtics, who lived in the central european areas, which was said to be the origin of Aryan race) but was also used earlier in mesopotamia (the same direction that the celtic used)
the buddhist version has its roots in the chinese symbolism "wan" - big luck - the way you still find at buddh. temples
a connection between that two similar symbols could'nt be verified yet

the definition of Aryan was founded by a group of Austrian anthropolgists in the beginning of the 20th century (sorry I forgot the name of that group) and was not an invention of the german DAP or NSDAP, they just adapt it for their policy.

the problem - if you want to call it a problem - in Japan is that the Nazi-swastika isn't forbidden like in Germany. I also found some airbrushed pictures on motorcycles, which seemed to me more stylish than political, as someone pointed out before (I will check out my slide archive).

just a couple of weeks ago me and my friend went to her car, and found a white supremacy flyer on her winshield. my friend, who happens to be white, blonde, and blue-eyed (the nazi ideal) was deeply offended and angry that they would associate her with that, and then put a gay equality sticker on her car in response.
anti-semitism and race hate is rooted in almost all cultures and ethnic groups, its just that in some certain leaders are able to exploit this natural tendency. the nazi party was one of the most 'effective' in getting its policy out and aiming it at a scapegoat.
the website of the flyer on m friend's car claims to simply be saying 'love your race', but their undertone is quite clear. they are saying 'fanatically love your race, which is human and superior and hate and kill all others, which are sub-human and inferior'. i can't stand things like that where they would judge someone simply for being born and raised with a different viewpoint than them.

Of course.. but then again, they probably wanted your friend to sort of represent that ideal.. good for her. She wasn't brainwashed.
