Hi all, I'm new here. I'm trying to identify this Kanji. The original source is fuzzy and I can't make it out. I've looked at the stroke order dictionary and I can't see anything that matches it. This is the full series. Please help me since I can't figure out what this is for the life of me. Thanks.
