I am new to JREF Community. Looks like a very informative site. Moving to Okinawa in Feb 2008. Have two children who will be heartbroken if Parakeets and Cockatiel can not come with. I am having difficulties finding import info (that makes sense) on Avian Importation. Can anyone help?
