Monbusho Scholarship... some questions

First of all... Hi, I'm Exequiel, i'm 20 and i'm from Córdoba, Argentina.
I don't know if any of this questions have been done, i used the search button and i didn't find anything. And, sorry about my english, is not very good .
This is my second year in Medicine School, and i discovered this web searching for some information about the Monbukagakusho Scholarship, 'cause i don't want to make any illusion, that's why i ask first .
My questions are:
1) When i finish my career, can I do a Residency in Japan with Monbusho?
2) If not, what kind of things I can study? Public Health or something like that? I mean, things not related to medical care (with patients).
I don't remember my others questions, lol!

And again, sorry for my english! I'll try to improve it in these years!.

Estimado Ezequiel, le respondo sus 2 preguntas.
1.- al terminar su carrera, usted puede aplicar como estudiante de Investigacion Cientifica (ﾅ陳､窶ｹ窶?), eso significa que debe presentar una propuesta de investigacion a un Profesor en Japon para que te haga una pre-aceptacion para que el sea tu supervisor durante todo el tiempo que estes en Japon.
Que si puedes hacer residencia con Monbusho? pues como puedes realizar estudios en Japon si no estas en Japon, porsupuesto que te dan una Visa de Estudiante para todo el tiempo que dura el Monbusho.
2.- La segunda pregunta no la entendi mucho, dices que si no te dan la residencia? o en que area puedes tu realizar tu investigacion?

Gracias por la respuesta Soyonyu. Me refería a por ejemplo, hacer un trabajo de campo sobre el servicio de Salud Pública en Japón o cosas que no necesiten contacto con el paciente (que creo que no está permitido). La investigación que me comentas, tiene que ser si o si sobre biología celular?. Ahora traduzco para los que no entienden español .
