who is/was a better vocalist?
juka or seth?

i dont know myself. my opinion: juka did live concerts better. i'm curious and i'd like to hear vox populi ^~

Hmm, for now I am going to say Seth. Mostly because he is the first one I heard and as far as I knew there was no other singer. Heh, sorry. :sorry:

I don't know much about Juka other than his voice is deeper than Seth's and he would say random things that didn't make sense. Sounds funny. :D

I never really looked up performances with Juka in them. I will have to go do that.
 
yes, juka's voice si deeper... 👍 he's the same type like klaha. [same voice, same funny guy]

honestly...crimsonmasquerade is ambivalent... it's like juka -> seth -> juka -seth..
isnt it the same 'problem' which we have with malice mizer?

hmmm juka is funny 😄 so he has a point. and i like his barbie look he has nowadays...
 
Hahaha! I like his new look as well. I don't really care for his solo music though. I tried, but just could not get into it. But you can not help liking a guy with a good sense of humor. 👍

what was seth's previous band? i think he wasnt in music for a long time. i'd like to hear his older stuff.
i like some juka's solo songs. and some of his cooperation with hizaki and kamijo. not my blood-group..anyway i can listen to their music. :music2:
why did juka leave mdm..this topis's not still clear to me...i havnt many info - i think he has his own thread..i should visit it..

btw juka is a biiig cutie with his silver hair. i really like his image..i've said it already i know...he looks like he's jumped out from an anime 😍 he has one of the best visual kei look ^~
 
I believe Seth has been in Amadeus, Brain Hacker, Hizaki Grace Project, and now MdM and Art Cube. Big list Seiji/Seth/Z! :D If there are other bands then I have not heard of them.

I don't know much about Juka. 😌
 
ahh amadeus, i remember. thanks for info! and i think i've heard about brain hacker...it's a long time ago i guess. im not sure about hizaki grace project. i'll check it as soon as i come back to my hizumi-chan [my dear laptop XD]
damn..some j-rockers really confuse me..they change their names - i wonder why? dont they know they mystify their fans? and moreover - they change their image so u cant recognize them... [a hard life of j-rockfan> identification]
i was !desperately! looking for one vocalist of a disbanded band and sure i coulnt find him...:cry: hmmm i wish i could change my name too...
i cant wait to look at mdm latest dvd!
 
Sorry!! I do that sometimes, quite often actually. Confuse people I mean... According to what I've heard so far Juka left because he didn't like Mana making all the decisions (because it's not Mana's solo project or anything...) and Kazuno and Tohru quit because they didn't think it'd work without a vocalist... only K stayed.

And Mana seems to like working with people that aren't known since previously, maybe he wanted to make it look like he just discovered Seth?
Sugiya was a support member of KuRt earlier I think... and in Vanilla under a completely different name...

Does Vanilla still exist? :? They have only 3 songs and I liked them. It is okay to be confusing. I confuse other people all the time. 👍 Thank you for explaining about Juka. 🙏 I did not know why he left either.

i got a link on utube for amadeus. it's a bit funny - we're discussing here this topic [seth] and my friend send me the link - she doesnt know about it... :D [i guess so..i hope so...or does she follow me??:eek: ]
anyway, it's really a beautiful song and seth's deep smooth voice... you know i dont like female vocals but this duet is...amazing. i've heard about amadeus and their music but i've never listen to them. a mistake... [because i thought they're a history - sorry- and i didnt expect them on utube]

I don't like Hizaki... even though most of my favorite people seems to have worked with him, or at least knows him...

And Seth's been in a million different bands.
 
i'm also in hizaki's antifanclub.
somehow...he really reminds me mana. not only that he's a guitarist in a skirt. i'm not 'monitoring' him much - so i shouldnt judge him. how to explain it... do u have the same feeling?
 
He does remind me a lot of Mana, except more... preppy somehow... I really can't stand his eyes... it's his eyes that bothers me the most, you look at them and you get the distinct feeling there isn't much activity behind them... either that, or he looks completely dead.

my scans are from 'malice mizer gallery', autumn 1999 and summer 2000. i dont know the name of that magazine, maybe it was a special edition.. there are 'non-official' pics and really funny - even mana is funny. lovelyyy

... I prefer Moi dix Mois over Malice Mizer... I've got issues with Gackt as well... Mana's such a dork, he looks serious in interviews and such but he's really just silly!
 
You noticed he was silly too! I also noticed that he will roll his eyes at the interviewers. He did it a few times in Malice Mizer and he did it in that one interview while in MdM when Juka was still in the band. I think it's funny. :D

I'm not sure which one I like more. They are equal to me. Not sound wise, but you know what I mean. Sometimes MdM is better and sometimes MM is better, depending on what mood I am in.
