It stands for Promotional Video, that's all.

And yeah, it would be cool if MdM made one. Because they are such a 'theatrical' band in their staging, it makes me think they have a good idea of visuals, and would therefore make an interesting PV.

Deus Ex Machina would make such a badass PV.
Deflower would be a very beautiful PV.
Those are the two songs I could see being made into PVs.
But if Mana decided to make a PV with Moi Dix Mois it would probably be on Lamentful Miss or something off their next album.
