Minoh Falls

I've read some guidebooks about this place in the Kansai/Kinki region but haven't had much luck finding out about it. The guidebooks deal with it in a very cursory level but don't give me enough information -- how to get there, what to pack, how long it will take me to hike to the falls etc.

Anyone able to help out? Anyone who's been there? Is it worth a visit?
