Anyone applying MEXT Scholarship 2015 for medical field ( medical, dentistry , pharmacy)?

I'm starting this thread so we can all share experiences and knowledge about the Monbukagakusho Scholarship for Graduate Students (Research Students) for medical field

Have u contact with any professor in Japan University so that u can carry our research in their lab? I have no idea how to start on this as only a few university offering my course. Do u have any idea?

My interest fields are cancer biology, virology, and immunology.

May I know which field you intend to apply?
