Media download sites

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend any sites for downloading MPEG's and AVI's for some Japanese based media? Things like interviews, off-beat stuff, J-gal, idol, news, music, independent stuff. I'm not looking for warez/commercial movie's/getting into trouble stuff (which is all google gives me) but some sites which give a good feel for media in Japan and what the average young adult views.

I suppose the western equivelants would be sites like face-pic.com. fhm.com, the BBC for current events, Yahoo etc.

I'm also interested in this if anyone has any info. I'm a big fan of variety and music shows...mostly the comedy variety shows such as 99, London Boots, etc.

Do a google search for direct connect ++, I have got loads of Japanese media from there
