Meaning of imamade no koto

Hi all,
I was wondering if I have the following quote interpreted correctly. It's from a book called 魔女のたつ急便。

キキはおかみさんに今までのことを話します「この町の かたは、魔女がおつきじゃないみたいですね。」

Kiki said to the lady something that up until now she had not mentioned. "It seems like people in this town don't like witches hey."

More like "things (events) up to now", e.g. she talks about her past. 今まで話してないこと would be closer to your suggested meaning.

Oh I see. She is talking about what has hapend so far. That makes more sense.
