I don't find this funny... but yeah guess I lost my Humor in Japan... or is it still in the Netherlands... a country attacked by hitler (including my grandmother who almost starved to dead).

Since I was both horribly offended and slightly amused, I'll respond to both sentiments.

First off, I believe its quite insensitive for someone to make something like that while there are still people alive who were involved, or who have members of their family who were involved, in that terrible era. Both my grandfather (U.S. Paratrooper) and uncle (member of the Danish Resistance) were involved, and I thought that the video did a wonderful job of mocking the sacrifices that they and others like them made in order to bring a halt to the violence started by Hitler.

Secondly, I believe that the video was quite humorous, mainly because I enjoy when people take famous figures with signature attitudes and change them into something completely off-the-wall. And put them to horrible rap music.

It simply is a caricature of a historical person, now, you wouldn't be pissed if someone made a joke about King Asshurizirpal's cruelty, and ways, but you're so pissed about Hitler, but truth is, old Asshur' wasn't a tad bit less bloodthirsty, its only the fact that most probably don't know a thing about it, and it was decades ago. On the other hand it is rather illogical to post something like that Hitler trash on a forum, as the reaction is obvious, and its pointless to get on others nerves, things like this should only be shared in a small ring of folks. Some might find it fun, yeah, im not the one to judge if it truly is fun, and neither are the others, but any community in existence has its own subjective view, so, for your own sake, i suggest that you refrain from posting such things again, as peoples opinion weighs more, way more than objectivity.
