hi I have a doubt the word "masen" is the negative form of imasu but i have noticed that is used in other words like "iterashai masen" does this add another meaning to the word?

another question, was the last paragraph right? english is not my mother languaje

The negative of imasu is imasen. This is very basic; if you didn't know it, you should get yourself a proper textbook :)

The second one is "itterasshaimase", not -masen. It's a polite imperative, not a negative.
