For those who don't know it March 19th is when the Japanese government is giving people $30,000 yen due to the high cost of living there is some things that you have to qualify for and I won't go into detail because I think it changes from family to family but it's pretty nice. Foreigners can qualify for it also the government has send out the form letting you know if you get it or you don't get it but it comes in your mail not mail but your savings account automatically. I don't know about you guys but I sure can use it actually I'm going to buy some camping equipment.

How do they define "low-income households"?

Apparently it's residents who don't pay resident taxes. So it's whatever that threshold is.
