Malice Mizer

I don't think that Moi Dix Mois and Malice Mizer sound a lot like each other. Moi Dix Mois is louder, more Metal-ish. Malice Mizer is actually a quite sft band.....and the singing isn't the same..

Why...why does everybody think that Klaha tries to be Gackt. Klaha's voice is much warmer and deeper, it's a opera-coice. Gackt has a pop/rock-ish voice
 
i dont think klaha tries to sing like gackt, not at all..
i just think that mana wanted to create kinda the same sound as gackts voice... Or perhaps its just me.. but i think that all the mdm vocalist
have something gacktish.. if thats coincedence (dont know how to write this)
i dont know.
I like klaha's voice, i really do aspecially in the song MM shiroi...
Gackt indeed has a pop/rock voice but he has a dark and warm as well

no band like MM? too bad... i hope the have a reunion some day...
 
there is no band ik Malice Mizer, but there are al lot of other good bands lucky us

Indeed. there is no bands like Malice Mizer^^ Though Malice Mizer can be very heavy at some rare points they can also be very soft^^ Thats what I love soo much about them^^
Well.. the vocalists do have a few simmilarities, though different styles. I think its the music itself that connects it all together and makes the vocals sound a slight bit alike. But offcource Klaha did opera and there is no denying that^^
*sigh* I soo want to be an opera singer..
 
Thought rumors had it that he was educated as an Opera singer? Oh well^^;; I love his style of singing anyway and thats what matters^^ Hmmm... PErhaps I am confusing this with another band... hmmm...
 
yeah, I've heard about the opera thing...probably from another forum, so really, I have nothing new to contribute to the conversation...I'm just bored. ^-^ carry on.
 
I've read it a milion times, but (of course) that doesn't mean it has to be true. But he does sound like a opera-singer.... and I love it
 
Klaha was in Pride of Mind before Malice Mizer which was an electric-ish band.
 
Malice mizer is and was an awesome band, i was bored once and downloaded their CD's wich i'm very found of now, my fav album is bara no sudei
 
Thought so.. oh well.. rumors^^ Im atleast glad that he put his talent into something useful^^
 
Something useful? An understatement....somithing very very very useful, you mean He is my fav malice Mizer singer
 
It is kinda strange, I don't always listen that much to Malice Mizer, but it is still my fave band. I guess because it was the first J-band I knew

yeah...my order from CDjapan came today...nope....no malice Mizer stuff...yet
 
I dont really like Klaha as much... I always thought he did the whole opera thing... @_@ but then again, this is MY opinion... Gackt is my favourite MM singer.
 
Gackt ftw! My fav is tetsu as most of you know^^ I really love the others aswell, but I just get that certain feeling from the Tetsu era^^
 
there is nothing wrong with that... I like Tetsu too... but for me... (in my opinion) I like Gackt.
 
Yeah I agree there. Although it probably wasn't all to do with Gackt as he, himself, wasn't really famous before Malice Mizer... they helped each other along really.

Gackt era definately my favorite MM era... although I do like Klaha stuff... I find that era leaning more towards Moi dix Mois style.
 
My Fav is Klaha I guess.. But I don't like to chose.. Every Era has It's own thing that makes it special.
Klaha is like good listening music. Gackt is good sing along and Tetsu is just tetsu is has something special.. Really up tempo and all
