Maaya Sakamoto

It's been a long time since I've listened to Maaya Sakamoto....Is she still around? I haven't heard many songs of hers, the ones I have heard have all been from various anime. Could someone reccommend any songs that I haven't heard yet?

Yup she's still around....at least I think so
She released an album, called Kazeyomi, in January (is it really that long ago already...).
And a new single will be released in November: Magic Number.

Since you haven't listened to a LOT of her songs yet, (xD) I would recommend her albums Shounen Alice and Lucy. These two have songs like Scrap: Wakare no Uta, Makiba! Alice, Sora o Miro, Chibikko Folk, T-Shirt, Honey Bunny...which I REALLY love But that's just me.

Another one which you should really listen to is "The Garden of Everything", a collaberation with Steve Conte (so it's sung in English and Japanese).
