Group informations: We are Bulgarian FanSubbers looking for a japanese translator so we can become a multi-language fansub group and if everything goes well we'll continue adding more languages.

What kind of compensation will you be offering these translators for their time and effort?

Well... I havent given any information about that since it's a fansub and it's free. I'm asking people if they're willing and have free time to help. But I can provide the translators with the necessary episodes.
