Looking for Help translating Japanese Battle Flag from WW2

Good afternoon, I am looking to find more information on a Japanese Battle flag brought back to the USA in WW2. Could be from Korea or Okinawa possibly. I have been trying to translate the flag to learn more about its history and where it may have come from. Any help is much appreciated...Thank you very much.

Thank you very much - I have also looked up a few names and matched them with locations noted on Flag. Might you have any idea what the Japanese Writing translates to?

The address is an address in Korea.
Geoyonggi-dō, Incheon city, Songnim town.

May I ask where do you see that? I know its say Port of Inch'on in the top corner of the flag.
