Looking for e-dic that can help me read kanji

Anyone can recommend me an electronic dictionary that can look up kanji words. For example Im walking on the streets and there are a lot of kanji words that I dont know. I need an electronic dictionary that can help me look up the kanji and tell me the meaning. Im in sapporo by the way.Thnx

A lot of electronic dictionaries come equipped with styluses now, so you can write them in if you don't know the radical, number of strokes, etc.

Your best bet is trying a few out somewhere and seeing which is the easiest to use and produces the best results. Then look around for the cheapest price tag.

I have went to yodobashi kamera to scout around and found alot of different models. Too bad i cant really read the japanese words so i dont really know what they write. All of them seems like the same to me except the price. I dont know why some are more expensive than others. Can someone explain to me whats the difference between different models and what contibutes to the difference in price? There might be other functions that I am not aware of. The price i saw was in the range of 27k yen to 40k yen. IS that the normal range? I thought of getting the cheapest one since i dont know what was the different price range for but I hope to be able to make a better choice after someone explain to me.
