The thing is that Japanese isn't usually as simple as just picking a character and have it mean exactly what you want it to mean. Often it requires other characters (kanji and / or kana) to achieve the desired meaning.
Sometimes even though a character
means something, doesn't necessarily mean it can be used by itself to mean that particular word. An example would be the character 半 (
han) which itself means "half", but to say "half" you would use the word 半分 (hanbun).
It's sort of like rather than each character
being an exact representation of something, they represent certain ideas. It's really all about semantics. Just like you may have two different words that mean the same thing, but they feel different to use because of the semantics attached to them.
I'll give you my best guess as to what you're looking for, but please realize that I'm using a dictionary, not doing this from direct knowledge and you should get a second opinion on these:
力 itself means "power" or "strength"
念力 (nenriki) means willpower or psychokinesis
意志力 (ishiryoku) also means willpower but I don't know the difference between these words.
自 itself means "self"
自由 (jiyuu) means freedom
実 itself means "real"
真実 (shinjitsu) means truth (as in "fact")
誠実さ (seijitsusa) means sincerity (it may or may not require the final さ (sa)) and I looked it up because you were looking for inner peace so I thought you might mean truth in a more...abstract sense.
Like I said, please get a second opinion on these. Also, if you're planning on getting them close together, make sure they don't mean something different as a whole.
Also remember (if you plan on going to Japan at least) that I believe you can not use public baths or possibly onsen (hot springs) either if you have tattoos.
