Limousine airport bus

I had read the www.limousinebus.co.jp.. and i saw that the bus stopped only in a few big hotels..if i dont stay in one of those hotel, can i still ride the limousine bus to the Airport ? lets say that i'm staying in a nearby hotel next to Le Meridien Pacific Hotel in Shinagawa. And how much does it costs for a ride to Narita airport?
