I just saw Discovery channel today about the earth's life span of supporting living beings depleted by 90%--that leaves only about 500 million yrs for us. This one scientist is thinking of altering the earth's orbit so we can get away from the sun that's getting hotter and bloated every yr.
We can get free air conditionsing by just that.

We used to tell jokes like this when I was small (though they were most usually 'Japanese', since the pronunciation is closer to Finnish, I guess... And breaking down words into Japanese sounding syllables is easier) and at one point I actually thought this is what Japanese or Chinese is really like

I knew that it's not Chinese...It's meant to look like it's in Chinese but it isn't right? But if you were to say it just to see if it sounded like Chinese, it doesn't...well, to me.
