learn about sushi and watch how-to videos :0

hi -- im new to this site!

i just wanted to share with you guys a new sushi site that has video tutorials on how to make sushi -- it's pretty helpful. there's only one right now but they only launched like a week ago or something. there probably will be more.

under "tutorials" there is also listings about different sushi types and toppings and stuff -- pretty useful, i think, cause it seems like a lot of people on this forum get confused about which type of sushi is which. there's no photos yet though, so that kind of sucks.

sOopahvi, thankyou so much for the link. It is a very useful one! I use to sloppily make the sushi rice without the rice vinegar etc, but now I appreciate that in making something, must be done in full! lazy *** Nina here not free in the kitchen, since have to share with other housemates. But one day! I will make real sushi! :box: osh! Eeks..this reply may be sooo out of date, but just joined this forum and looky looky around
