HAHAHHA i dont have my letter either -_- but i did finished one of the fanarts =) i had to cut down on the last one =*( just caz i know i wont be able to finish it time... christ -_- i need to get started on the second one actually =( i dunno... how am i gonna give it to him? im not gonna fold it! hell no -_- took so damn long to draw =P and its in pencil... goodness... how am i gonna keep it from smearing??

ahh i hope he he will sign everything =D hahaha ill bring... i dunno... is he just gonna sign one thing at one time??? caz it would kinda suck if someone brought a crap load of stuff and he sits there and has to sign =P hahahha but i wonder... should i just bring everything lareine related with me just incase?

omg.. no one's bidding for friday?? thats so sad =( wat if... no one bids? then is kamijo gonna eat dinner alone?? no -_- thats impossible... there cant be THAT little lareine fans?

you're fan name is basically a nickname that you wanna go by instead of you're real name. maybe people aren't bidding cause they're too intimidated by the awesomness that is kamijo!!!!! or they're probably just like us watching, wondering how high it'll go and can't decide if they should bid.....
 
Did you see Kamijo just updated his Holiday blog? He sounds so bored and restless after a month and a half without playing a show. Nothing but office work. Poor guy, I can imagine him twitching like a junkie needing a fix as he wrote, "I want to do a live!"

poor kamijo I just read his blog he really wants to do a live ^-^ well at least he won't have to wait very long since he will do one this month for us!!yay!!

I didn't think Kamijo sounded businesslike at all, rather, extremely frustrated with business. His writing is very casual and slangy, so there are a few points I don't understand well enough to be able to do a full translation. But I was able to read a lot of things that don't come across in the nifty translation, like how overflowing with frustration he was feeling. Like this part:
"Let me be able to do a live~~~~~~~~~!!!!!"

Tonight was an event live (a multi-band concert) which Kamijo arranged. The lineup was supposed to be Metis Gretel, Dollis Mary, Izabel Varosa, and "another to be announced." I'm an Izabel fan so I would have gone anyway, but given that Kamijo had put the event together, I expected that at least he would appear to do MCs, if not perform with Mayu and Emiru as Tanbi Konoetai.

Kamijo wasn't there. Neither was the "to be announced" band. At the very beginning of the live, Kanzaki (ex-Ribbon/Marry+An+Blood, who actually did attend as an audience member sitting in the VIP section) read aloud the "please don't take pictures, use tape recorders, etc" speech which is usually done by livehouse staff. Then we heard what was probably a pre-recorded speech of Kamijo's, introducing the live.

I think last night's diary entry was a cry of frustration, that he wasn't going to be able to make it to tonight's show, when he'd been hoping to perform. ;_;
 
My report of the Moi dix Mois show became long, so I put it on my LJ instead of cluttering up the Lareine thread with OT.

awww kamijo probably is frustrated then... i dunno caz i cant read japanese =P so i dunno whether its slangy or not =P but im taking ur word for it =)
haha i dunno, but its so easy to picture kamijo sitting behind a desk in his pretty little pressed suits =) i hope he's not overworking =( aiya... i wanna see izabel varosa live -_- and kazanki =P hey inertia... is he hot =D ive seen.. like 2 pictures of him -_- i think he looks hot =) haha but never better than kamijo +P haha

hm.. okay stupid question... but wats MC?? its those little intro things that bands do rite? or... i dunno -_-

i wonder waht kamijo was doing since he couldnt go perform... ehhehe maybe he was packing =P ahahha im kdiding
 
Kanzaki is VERY hot. (LOL) He's huge, at least 6' tall. That's unusual for Japan so he really has a "larger than life" feeling, just like you expect from a rock musician. But he's painfully thin, even by Japanese standards. He throws himself recklessly and violently into performances. That dangerous aura is hard to resist. ^^

MC is the talking part of shows. Introducing a band, or the bands blathering in the middle of their performance.

Kaine, I'm staying at the Mariott. I think it's actually attached to the convention center...? My roommate picked the hotel, not me, so I don't really know. Not sure how I'll get from the airport. Since I'm arriving early on Friday, I'm going to ask my relatives if they're free that day so we can go have lunch and maybe do some shopping. If they're busy, I'll just take a taxi. According to the estimates on the hotel sites it shouldn't be more than $20.

I've never seen or heard about Kamijo in regular jeans. He wears black a lot when he's not in costume. Like black suits, black t-shirts, black tank tops, black leather pants, black mesh shirts, black button-down shirts, black jacquard pants, and black coats in a variety of materials and textures... ^^ Sometimes he wears white shirts under the black suits, and I heard from a friend that she saw him carrying a Louis Vuitton bag in the usual brown pattern. I can't imagine him wearing blue jeans, though.
 
Hello! I'm a Lareine fan from Texas and I'm going to Fanime to see Kamijo! 😄

I thought Lareine would never be one of the bands brought to the US and I just can't pass up the chance to see Kamijo live and show my support for him and the band. I still need to get myself to the craft store and search for blue roses!

I'm using the super shuttle to get to/from the hotel. It's $17 each way and they do serve the San Jose area if you make arrangements in advance.

hi all~ i've been listening to lareine for about three years now, found them then and liked them since, not totally in love, but they are among top of my band list, and i think they're one of the better v kei indies bands. although sometimes more pop than rock, but they arranged it so that the pop ones ain't really too pop. i would say lareine is very good in arranging songs (as a guitarist i really like mayu's guitar riffs), and they can always come up with melodic lines. hopefully they can find a new drummer soon and keep it up!
 
Kamijo updated his Holiday blog. He spent today in a leisurely way. (I'm glad!) There's going to be some kind of FC limited event, details to come later. He mentions the family cats Cherub, Fijii, and Lucky, saying that they're lively and getting in fights with the neighborhood strays as usual.

I wonder what the FC event could be? I hope it includes a performance! It's been too long since Lareine played... ;_; And when are they going to announce the date for the Third Stage acoustic live? I'm starting to worry that I've already missed it somehow.
 
If you guys kidnap Kamijo, I'll steal him back! XD He has to attend his birthday party. ^_^ I just got an e-mail from Fleur; there's going to be a FC-only live (w/ support drummer) and party on his birthday. Yay! (AND it's only 5,250 yen for both the live and party. I like that so much more than $400 auction dinners...)

Feast sounds great! ^_^ I'll eat all night on Sunday and roll onto the plane like a beach ball the next day!

I'm in such a good mood from the FC live/party announcement. ^o^ Can't wait to hear Lareine live again! ^o^

Kamijo is performing at "Stage One" at Fanime. I think that's the Civic Auditorium stage that holds around 3,000 people! :-)

a place that holds 3000 peoples?? woah I wonder if it get full ^^ kamijo will be happy to see alot of people to see him if it does! tho I wished it would been smaller place too but we just have to line up early and hope we get good seats ^___^ it starts at 4 afternoon..
 
Oops, it seems Stage One is "room B, 2nd floor of the SJCC," according to a staff member on the Fanime forums. I'm glad someone cleared that up for us. ☝
So...it's not the big one. I think it will fill up, though. A lot of people will come just out of curiosity and I've been badgering some of my friends who've never heard of Lareine to go, too. :-)

^^ I hope he sings fleur too! and lets us sing along with him I'd be so happy if he did! I wonder tho it says kamijo perfomance so he can still have insturments too right? I mean I know it wont be Mayu and emiru but maybe a hired guitarist at least?? wouldn't it be cool if kamijo surprised us and all three were there ^____^ hehe I can dream..
 
I don't want to hear "Last Song For You" at this mini live! I don't want to hear a "last song" for anybody; I want happy, upbeat songs. There are so many that I'd love to hear live that I don't know which ones to hope for. I do hope he sings a few different styles of songs, though. If he does "Fleur," I don't know that I'd do the sing-along part (if he even attempted it). How many of us would really be singing? 5-10? Out of the entire audience? 😄

Only a few more days of waiting! I found out that my cell phone will work in San Jose and prepaid phones don't have long distance rates. I have no idea if people calling *me* will be charged long distance fees or not, but I wouldn't mind exchanging numbers with a few people to make sure I don't miss the Sunday feast. 😄
 
awww i hope kamijo doesnt hire people... that would ruin the entire LAREINE affect =*( but it would freaking be awesome if he brought emiru and mayu along without telling us =) oOo you tricky trickster you are kamijo!! =D hahha

oh i dunno... i wanna listen to some of their new songs =) i wanna hear them live!!! but then... i seriously hope he sings fleur!! caz i would seriously seriously try and sing along =D i will make up for 5-10 people =D and satsuki will sing for 5-10 people... we only need a few others to sing =D and we'll ROCK THE DARN PLACE +D hahahha

i have free nationwide long distance =) so... you wanna pm me with the number so i can call ya??? we should start doing something just incase we forget something the day before the fanime convention... phone numbers?? meeting places?? um... time to meet up?? caz we exchanged info WAYY to late for the dir en grey concert and we all lost everyone =*(

hmm, in the imperial concerto.rar file you uploaded, track 4 was saikai no hana, it's rearranged compared to the single version from a few years ago..since i didn't know they rearranged it, i replaced the single version file with this one...:(

edit: its ok , i think i found it online. thanks alot~ 😊
