Um… I'm Serah and I'm American. I'm currently a college student as well. Guess I'll go into my history now?
I grew up in the 90's watching all the old anime's like Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball Z (I think I was eight?
) I guess you can say I'm an Otaku to some extent...From there I started to listen to Japanese pop and rock. My favorite Japanese band is L'arc~en~Ciel. I actually got to see them perform live in 2004 in the U.S. <333
Currently my favorite j-pop band is the girl band Juliet. <3 I also love to listen to Perfume. When I was in Japan in 2008 I saw them on a tv show and just fell in love with their music. ^^''
I also love to watch Japanese drama shows and movies. I really like the show Q10 right now though I think it came out last year in Japan. Then my favorite Japanese movies are Koizora and 10 promises to my dog.
When I was in Japan I loved going to Shibuya at night. It reminded me of Time Square. ^.^ And I remember I liked shopping at Tutu Anna, Jeans Mate, and Muto(it was a music store). ^_^
Oh! and I only know basic phrases when it comes to Japanese. Mostly greetings and goodbyes.
