Komaba International House

Hi all,
I have a couple of questions about living at Komaba International House, I'm hoping someone who lives there now, or has previously, can help-
1) How much is the rent?
2) Do they provide/can you hire linen (bedsheets, pillows, etc)?
3) Any other advice?
It looks like an awesome place to live, the location is amazing. I'm looking forward to it!

For anyone else moving in, I have just found a map that shows all the nearest supermarkets, post offices, bike shops, etc.

This is BEEP. We received several questions from some of you

about each dormitory. We would like you to refer the information as follow.

1. You can reside in a dormitory (Komaba) for 2 years at maximum.

Komaba has a bath and toilet unit in each room.

3. Accomodation Fee: Komaba=32,200-25,500 yen/month

Deposit(checkink-in time only): Komaba=32,200-25,500 yen

Utilities: Actual cost depending how much you will use gas, light and water each month

Internet:

Komaba=2,700 yen/month(fixed amount)

If you rent a room at an apartment in Tokyo, the housing fee is 70,000 – 100,000 yen per month in average.
