Hello Everyone —
I need some help identifying the artist (or the meaning of the kanji) on another inherited bronze statute. This is a small one. As usual, none of my translation apps recognize it.

I’m 95% sure this is Kannon with a scroll. Any guidance would be most appreciated.

It does look like a Kannon figure

〇〇作 Made by.. but I can't recognize the kanji in the name
銅製.. made of copper/bronze (more likely the latter, given the color)

Thanks, Uncle Frank! I’m beginning to think hand written Japanese is like my hand writing — nearly impossible to read!
