Kanji for Honesty and Acceptance

I just had a question about the correct Kanji for Honesty(As in being honest with your self and others/Good Morals.) and Acceptance(As in accepting your circumstances and what life throws at you.) and what the correct symbol/s would be or if there is even a direct translation for these words. My reason for this question is that i would like to get a tattoo of these words because they have deep meaning to me after struggling with something for three years. I know many people on here don't really approve of getting a tattoo in a foreign language you have no knowledge of but i find the Japanese language to be very aesthetic compared to the English language and i think having the word Acceptance tattooed on my body wouldn't look as artistic as the Japanese kanji for this word(From my perspective at least). I chose Japanese for these tattoos because i have been interested in Japanese culture and history for a long time and have studied quite a bit on the subject, i would also like to learn the language some day and visit sometime in the near future. So its not like i chose a random language to use for random tattoos. But any help would be very much appreciated. I just wanted to triple check and ask someone with knowledge of the language before i put something permanent on my body, Thank You for your time.

I don't know the answer to your question, but did you ever think of using English calligraphy artistically?

Tell us some things about Japanese culture and history which you have studied and found fascinating. I'd like to hear about them.

I think these words best express the ideas you are wanting to convey:

honesty: 正直
acceptance: 受容

You can also use 誠実 for honesty, but since you want to include the idea of good morals, the first choice is better, I think.

I recommend searching the web for an appealing Japanese font to depict these, rather than using any of the default, most commonly-available fonts.

Thank you guys for your help and as for using English calligraphy i don't think i have really ever thought of that before and could be a good idea as well. I just have two more questions what would be the romaji for these words and would these be alright for a tattoo or could they be read as something different and lose the meaning of what i think it is?As for things about Japanese culture and history that interest me is just how far back there history goes,much further than the united states so there has been a lot more time for cultural growth. But it could really be anything from architecture to traditional paintings or calligraphy, Even more modern things like manga or anime has its own artistic value in a sense. Most of the simple things interest me as well like taking your shoes off before going inside or even just saying thank you before a meal and most of this has been lost in american culture and you rarely ever see things like that today in the united states. I know i have barely scratched the surface of what there is to learn but i feel like i have a decent concept of some of it at least but i could be wrong

uhhh man you are all over the place. Whatever you decide to get in your tattoo, you need to tape it up somewhere where you'll see it every morning. If after 6 months you still want it, go get the ink.

受容 juyo (juyō)
The second word also can mean "reception".

Thank you a ton joadbres. Oh and i know i'm not getting it anytime soon haha i just wanted to explore some options. But this is the one i have been thinking about the most and ill probably get it in a couple months or so, so ill have time to think it over.

Just wanted to post an update. After a few days of thinking about this i realized that i shouldn't really be getting a tattoo in a foreign language without even knowing the language and knowing that i haven't even gone there and learned about the culture first hand. Even if i do have an interest in it that is all it is an interest for now and i haven't acted on anything yet. But on the outside looking in i think this tattoo would probably come off as disrespectful or just plain funny to others and i realized i have not had the opportunity to learn language/culture and appreciate it. I suppose i was a bit ignorant and I'm better off getting something else or just holding off on even getting a tattoo until i know its what i really want and have had time to think it over. Thank you for everyone that helped on the translations and posted on here telling me to wait and really think it over.

That's just plain crazy talk. Go out and get drunk and get a kanji tattoo already. And pierce your nose and tongue while you're at it.
