Government expenditure is usually aimed to stimulate economy (or job creation), while kids allowance is not.
Government role is to provide its people with relief of life, not to let specific group of people become super-rich. In addition, Pathetic is better than Disaster.
And I don't stop USA to go Disaster.

To get at deflation through employment (the only way), Kan needs a package that attacks wasteful spending, includes deregulation and tax reform, and promises something better for the public. Or a commission to do it for him because clearly whatever they have been doing at the Cabinet level isn't working.

And I'm NOT saying it won't come to that (with tax increases) in the US either.
