Kamon Book?

I have a book from the 19th century that I believe contains a list of family seals. As I sadly do not speak Japanese I don't know much about it but it is a beautiful thing. I have enclosed some photos. If anyone has some information about the book I would love to learn more. Many thanks in advance.
