Kamakura Lantern ??

I came across this ad in the internet. Is this type of lantern common in Japan, especially in Kamakura ? Wikipedia did not mention any lantern specifically used in Kamakura region.

It says that that's a TABLE LAMP, not lantern(提灯). In fact, it doesn't seem to be made for hanging.

How foolish I am ! In the google ad it showed kamakura Lantern and I did not notice the word table lamp in that website.
