some say sengoku warlord kenshin uesugi was actually a female...
so, those traits of jpn ladies might be dna-driven... any hormonal distinction??? or have generaions of breeds already made domesticted to the point of the nill? anyone any thoughts, none?

looks like in a report on parchment circa 1600, gonsales, an envoy in search of gold, wrote fellipe ii that kagekatsu uesugi, kenshins nephew, raised the army to recapture gold mine in sado island formerly developed by his predecessor, that is, his tia/aunt... an author claims he read that document in the library, used to be a field hospital at the time of spanish civil war, in tredo, spain.... wondering if someone over there who might be able to access would kindly check about this, tia not tio/uncle.....

jpn versions of jeanne of darc/female lords were not uncommon then....mino-gozen, aunt of nobunaga, who was a lord at mino-iwamura castle, made resistence against him...later captured/brought to a gifu castle and beheaded by her nephews own hands.... btwy heard vaticans library records show lots of female warriors names as crusaders...

in edo period togugawas law allows only the 1st son as a succeeding family head, so in some cases married-into/in-law son was a must otherwise that han would be nullified/confiscated and other tokugawa related clans would take over...., so uesugi han had to hide the fact that....

says uesugi clan dug up the grave and carried the urn contained kenshins body with the them twice when they had to move out from echigo(now niigata area) to aizu fiefdom by the relocation order of hideyoshi and then to yonezwa domain by tokugawa....kind of unheard for other clans to carry....
says some records like todai-ki which depicts things from late sengoku to early edo period and was introduced in the periodicals by meiji society of history, or like folklore lyrics read kenshin died of ohmushi, 大虫: according to some archaic/classical dictionaries it means a womens disease, or if its abbrev of taishaku no mushi, 大癪の虫, then it means hysteria....some speculate spirochete related.... also theres somewhere ohmushi jinjya/shrine that gives some favors of goddess to those suffer womens illness....

....kenshin allowed a portrait painter only to draw a picture of large, red, wooden, sakazuki/sake cup with dokko on a cloud. according to kogoshui/'gleaning from ancient story' a cup as a slang word means a female whereas tokkuri/seramic flask is for a male. it doesnt have info about dokko which is an iron stick used in esoteric buddhism....
shintai/a symbol of diety of hakusan jinjya is usually male and female figure as a set, but hakusan jinjas in echigo/ now niigata-ken area have only female figures, facing toward mt kasuga where once a castle of uesugi was situated, now in joetsu-shi, sometimes with armor, mounted on horseback....

the clan survived when tokugawa defeated toyotomi because they had tons of gold, control over whereabout of el dorado: not only in sado island but perhaps from regions in siberia...
maybe this clan might be related to mongol or tibetans where polyandrous/polygamous customs prevailed.....
