Jay bot criteria, help

What are the needed things for using the Jay bot? As in the bot section it says it is currently only open for sempai and kouhai, so is there anything else needed?

Should be nothing else needed. Just post in the Jaybot forum. And if you want to ask follow-up questions in the same thread, make sure to Reply to it with its reply quoted. Are you able to make a new post there?
